 | WHAT IS iHEALTH RECORD?
The iHealth Record is a no cost, secure and confidential, interactive personal record of your medical history. You can create, manage and share (with your authorized physicians) your personal health information. iHealth services are provided to consumers via the Internet from a hospital or physician practice website or other professional source, and include secure personal health records, patient-provider email and automated and customized patient education with clinical content and support from U.S. Medical Societies, government agencies and other national healthcare institutions. The iHealth Record integrates with other important sources of information including insurance data and physician or hospital electronic medical records to assist patients in keeping their health record current. The consumer controls access to iHealth Records. The iHealth Record is: 1. Easy 2. Efficient 3. Accurate 4. Accessible 5. Secure
The privacy and security of your iHealth Record is governed by the iHealth Alliance-committed to bringing an iHealth Record to every American.
